Sorry for the delay in response.
This may occur due to outdated or incompatible printer drivers with windows 10. Let's try the following methods and check if it helps.
Method 1: Update printer drivers.
I suggest that you check if the Printer drivers are up to date. If not, please refer the thread link by one of the Community Moderator, Andre Da Costa on how to update drivers in Windows 10.
